Job Description Summary :

  • This role will provide employees and leadership team with professional support in the area of workforce planning, retention, talent management, region HR support, employee Communication and employee relations.
  • Have responsibility for work with other HR function( TM, HRIS and C&B) to developing policies, communication of HR programs/policies, support business group to reinforce high performance culture in MEA region.
  • Responsible for efficient & effective operational management of Human Resources and being business partner to business.


  • Work with business department to identify HR service needs based on workforce planning, business needs and employee needs.
  • Identify employee training and development needs to support long range business growth in MEA region.
  • Support business to build high performance culture via performance management process and organization development interventions.
  • Ensure all policy and procedures are in accordance with company HR policies and procedures, labor laws and local regulations.
  • Support Merger & Acquisition if any.
  • Work with other regional HR function team to engage in and execute different HR relevant projects.
  • Lead different HR relevant project or internal process improvement plan with innovative ideas and action plans.
  • Support collaboration in global working structures of business.
  • Work with different teams like C&B, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Finance and others.
  • Employee relationship management.
  • Promote and manage multi-channel employee communication strategy to all population of employees.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications) :

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Masters in HR Management or Psychology is Preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR generalist/business partner experience in a large corporate environment covering MEA region.
  • Language – Arabic read, write & speak capability is a must.
  • French would be added advantage.
  • Must have strong knowledge/experience of latest labor laws and relevant government regulations in MEA region.
  • Must have experience of business partnering with senior regional and global leaders.
  • Must have strong experience of working in a reputed MNC. Experience in Life Science or Healthcare industry background preferred.
  • Must have experience of working with manufacturing or sales organization.
  • Process- and detail-oriented professional leader with strong business and analytical skills
  • Strong willingness to contribute, has listening and analytical skills, able to advise and influence at all levels of organization.

  •  Well organized, hands-on as well as strategic thinking.
  • Good English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple complex issues and good at handling under high pressures.
  • Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
  • Strategic HR planning capability – connected with business/function priorities
  • People analytics – rigor with data and ability to capture data and turn it into insightful information that will help the business/function address key talent/org trends and priorities
  • Tactical HR execution – soundness in employee relations management, labor relations, and executing on key HR tactical programs throughout the year
  • Do what it takes – willingness to roll up sleeves and execute both tactical and strategic priorities with a hands-on approach and speed/agility
  • Coaching – experience in coaching senior leaders and helping you both build a strong/cohesive leadership team that embraces change and drives an active transformation
  • Change Agent – ability to identify, embrace and drive the transformation in a strong-but-artful way; never settle for the status quo but drive continuous improvement in both talent/org and leadership
  • HR team development – track record in top grading and building a strong HR team
